Deanna Rusch

I am a dog mom x3, an attorney, and a lover of all things Downtown Camas. Along with serving on the DCA Board, I am currently the co-president of the board for the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society and the president of the board for the Camas Washougal Community Chest. I previously served on the Camas City Council. Outside of work and community service, I love all dogs, trivia, wine, award shows, scary movies, and all things Johnny Cash.

What do you love about Camas?

I love our Downtown! I moved to Camas and purposefully live in the older part of town to stay close to Downtown. I’m also obsessed with the Liberty Theater and will go see almost anything playing there.

What do you enjoy about being a part of the Camas Community?

Community = comradery; we care for one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and are communicative, clever, compassionate, and collaborative.

What is your favorite memory in Camas?

When Small Business Revolution came to town and Camas was considered for its TV show.
